We're dedicated to ensuring our software leasing agreements are as precise as our production algorithms. By accessing our services, you're agreeing to the framework below.

1. Software Licensing & Leasing

The automation software provided by Claywise AI is leased, not sold. Our team provides various licensing tiers tailored to your kiln capacity and output requirements. We've designed these to scale with your business in the Midlands and beyond.

2. Intellectual Property

Who owns the generative designs? While Claywise AI retains the rights to the underlying AI models and proprietary algorithms, all unique ceramic design outputs generated through our platform remain the exclusive property of the client. It's a partnership where your creativity meets our computational power.

3. Usage Restrictions

We don't allow arbitrary reverse-engineering of our neural networks. Users must not attempt to bypass security measures or use the automation suite in any manner that could degrade production safety protocols at other member facilities.

4. Liability & Insurance

Ceramic production involves extreme environments. While our AI optimises for consistency, Claywise AI is not liable for structural failures resulting from raw material inconsistencies. We recommend maintaining standard industrial insurance for all automated shop floors.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the software lease with 90 days' notice. Upon termination, API keys will be deactivated, though you'll retain access to all production data logged during the term of the agreement.
